WKT Polygon Files
=================

This directory contains files with country borders.
All borders are buffered by ~20km.
Each line contains a single WKT polygon.
All coordinates are in EPSG:900913/EPSG:3857
The files are named after the FIPS code. See 0-fips-codes.txt
